“Cameron Parish
Water & Wastewater District #1 in Cameron, Louisiana, first advertised for bids on their SCADA system
in the spring of 2004. I.C.E. Sales and Service was the successful bidder on the project. I, as
superintendent of the system, had to advise the board on the workmanship abilities of the company. Not
having any knowledge as to any previous work that the company had performed within our area I called the
company and talked with Craig Foglesong and asked what experience the company had and how they had obtained a
copy of our bid specifications. I was very impressed with the answers that were given to me. Since the
initial installation, we have had two (2) major hurricanes destroy our system. Craig, Sue and their staff
were on site as soon as they were able to get to us following both hurricanes to repair the damages to
the system. One note to mention is that they had also received damages to their home and business from
two (2) hurricanes prior to the two (2) that we had. Many other systems throughout Southwest Louisiana have
come here to view our system and I take pride in telling them who the contractor was.”
